Dr. Larry Daniels, JCH CO-Medical Director

  Dr. Daniels is also the Medical Director at David Raines Community Health Center in Bossier City, Louisiana.  He has more than 20 years experience in Family Practice with previous practices throughout the Shreveport/Bossier Area. Dr. Daniels considers his work at Jordan's Crossing Hospice very important and a heartfelt project. Dr. Daniels has been Medical Director here at JCH for many years now. 

Dr. Patrick L. McGauly,CO-Medical Director

Dr. McGauly has been in Emergency Medicine in Shreveport for many years.  He has run the Level ONE Trauma Center Emergency Room at LSU in Shreveport and is now the Director of the Emergency Room at the Veterans Medical Center in Shreveport.  He has been Co-Medical Director at Jordan's Crossing Hospice for several years now, and, like Dr. Daniels, this is a project that is close to his heart.
 CONNIE GANNON, FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER

Connie Gannon has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for many years, with a wide variety of experiences in the Medical Field.  She is a very well-rounded practitioner and assists the Physicians with Monthly Routine Visits.

 JORDAN'S CROSSING HOSPICE MAKES ROUTINE MEDICAL VISITS TO THE PATIENTS' HOMES EVERY MONTH, AND HAVE DONE SO SINCE WE OPENED OUR DOORS IN 2005.
