Jordan's Crossing Hospice was officially formed as a Louisiana Limited Liability Company in March, 2005.  JCH is locally owned and operated, by individuals who strongly felt "led" to take on this endeavor to provide something different for JCH patients!   The entire staff of JCH express a genuine "call" to Hospice work.  Each of the staff members has a "HEART for Hospice" and will care for your loved one as if caring for one of his/her own family members!
