Bereavement Services
The Medicare Hospice Benefit was initiated in 1984. It is regulated by Medicare and covered, with no cost to you, by Medicare and/or Medicaid. Some Private Insurances, Tri-Care Military, and Private Pay are other ways to pay for Hospice Services. The private insurances vary greatly in amounts they reimburse for Hospice Services and must be investigated on an individual basis. Patients who choose Hospice Care receive a full scope of non-curative medical and support services for their terminal illness. Hospice Care also supports the Patient's Family and Loved Ones through a variety of services.
Jordan's Crossing Hospice, LLC Routine Home Care will allow families to celebrate the final days of a loved ones' life in a Compassionate home atmosphere that allows for a team of highly-skilled Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, and a myriad of support persons all trained in Hospice Care. In addition to the Routine Home Care Staff and the on-site staff, Jordan's Crossing Hospice will initiate services of other professionals as needed to provide Patient care.
